What exactly does “individual cremation” mean?
Individual cremation means your pet is cared for separately, without commingling with the remains of other pets, and your pet’s cremated remains are returned exclusively to you. We maintain secure identification and careful documentation at every stage to ensure your pet is handled with accuracy and respect.

Memorial Page Listing — Included
A dedicated online memorial where family and friends can share photos and memories and send flowers or gifts in your pet’s honor.
Memorial Video Tribute — $150
A short video created from up to 50 photos you provide, set to music.
Memorial Portrait — $150
A professionally created keepsake portrait honoring your pet. (8×10 or 4×6)
A Final Farewell
For families who would like private time before cremation, we offer a Final Farewell.
This provides up to one hour in a private room to say goodbye in a quiet and supportive setting before your pet is taken into our care.

Transportation
Home Transport (regular hours)
Flat rate — $150*
After-hours and weekend transport is available if needed.
Flat rate — $275*
After-hours and weekend receiving (after 4:30pm and before 8:30am)
Flat rate — $175
You may also choose to bring your pet to one of our locations at no cost during our regular hours (9am-4pm). We will provide location details and guidance when you call.
Transport from a veterinary practice is complimentary within 25 miles from any one of our locations.
*Additional mileage outside of 25 miles from any one of our locations will incur a $4.75/mile fee.
